GREAT FALLS -- The Great Falls CMR volleyball team swept rival Great Falls High in three sets in the first crosstown matchup of the season.
The Rustlers (13-1, 6-0) battled from behind in the first set on the way to a 25-22 win. They followed it up with a 25-18 second-set victory, and held off a rally from the Bison (5-9, 2-4) to take the third set 25-21.
CMR makes the trip to face Havre on Thursday, while the Bison are off until a road trip to Belgrade next Tuesday.
