MISSOULA — The Montana men's basketball team will host its second home game of the season when the Grizzlies welcome Dickinson State on Friday afternoon.
UM (1-4) announced it added the late-addition game Monday evening. Montana plays at Washington on Wednesday before returning to host Dickinson State (3-4). Tipoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
Montana's first home game, a 102-42 win over Yellowstone Christian College on Saturday, was also a last-minute addition to the Grizzlies' schedule.
Friday's game will also be a homecoming for former Griz standout Derek Selvig. Selvig, a Glendive native, is in his first season as the head coach of the Blue Hawks after spending the previous four years as an assistant at Montana Tech. The last time Selvig was in Dahlberg Arena as a coach, Montana Tech defeated Montana 74-72 on Nov. 18, 2019.
