GLENDIVE – Freshman pitcher Shelby Martin has earned conference Player of the Week honors for Dawson Community College.
The former Helena Capital standout was 3-0 in 16 innings of work. Martin struck out 16 and closed with an ERA of 2.18.
She also had 13 plate appearances with a batting average of .769. Martin’s line included 10 hits, three doubles, three home runs, 17 RBI’s and six runs scored.
