HELENA– On a tough shooting night for the Helena High Bengals, the Kalispell Glacier Wolfpack took advantage and beat the Bengals, 34-31.
For the majority of the first quarter, the Wolfpack stymied the Bengals’ potent offense, holding them to only six points. The Bengals roared back midway through the second quarter, taking a 17-15 lead near the end of the first half. But the Wolfpack rallied back in the second half to beat the top-ranked team in Class AA.
The Wolfpack will stay on the road to take on the Helena Capital Bruins on Feb. 16 at 2 p.m.
The Bengals will look to avenge their first loss since March 3, 2018, when they take on the Kalispell Flathead Bravettes on Feb. 16 at 2 p.m.
