Another week of the Class AA volleyball coaches' poll, another week of Helena High and Great Falls CMR battling for the No. 2 spot behind defending champion Helena Capital.

The undefeated Bruins again received all 10 first-place votes in the latest edition of the coaches' poll, which was released Monday. In fact, the same five ranked teams remain for the fifth consecutive week. The only change from last week: Helena High is in solo second place, breaking a tie with Great Falls CMR from last week. Billings West and Bozeman round out the top five.

Less than two weeks remain in the regular season, which concludes on Nov. 2, but big matches are on the horizon. Billings West and Bozeman visit the Great Falls schools on Friday and Saturday. CMR is currently 18-1 overall and 8-0 in the Eastern AA with West (18-6 overall, 6-2 conference) and Bozeman (12-9, 6-3) right behind the Rustlers in the conference standings.

The results of the Class AA volleyball coaches' poll for the week of Oct. 21 are below. The ratings are based upon five points for each first-place vote, four points for each second-place vote, etc. First-places votes as of Oct. 21 are in parentheses, followed by the total points.
