GREAT FALLS -- The Great Falls High girls jumped out to a huge first-half lead and didn't look back on the way to a 58-27 Eastern AA conference win over Belgrade.
The Bison led 16-4 after the first quarter and quickly pushed the lead to 28-5 in the second. The halftime score was 34-11, and the Bison were on cruise control the rest of the game.
Great Falls High improves to 8-3 overall with a 4-1 mark in Eastern AA play. Belgrade falls to 1-10 with an 0-5 mark in league games.
