MISSOULA -- Great Falls High started fast and never looked back, as the Bison defeated the Missoula Big Sky Eagles 61-32 in a Class AA girls basketball game on Tuesday night.
Alison Harris led Great Falls (3-0) with 14 points as the Bison quickly jumped to a 15-6 lead at the end of the first quarter, before ultimately building it to a 31-11 advantage by halftime.
Jorgie Hawthorne added 11 points for Great Falls while Taylor VanderMars tallied 10.
Erin Murphy and Alexis Knight each scored eight points to lead the Eagles (0-3) in scoring.
