HELENA — Carroll College golfers Madison Robischon and Sydnee Nowlen were named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholars list, the association announced on Monday.

“Very proud of both Madison and Sydnee for all their hard work not only on the golf course but especially in the classroom,” Saints golf coach Bennett MacIntyre said. “They are both great role models and teammates.”

Robischon and Nowlen were two of a prestigious 1,097 women’s collegiate golfers across all classifications to earn the academic honor. To be honored, student-athletes must hold at least a 3.50 GPA.

Robischon graduated this past spring with a 4.0 cumulative GPA and a degree in nursing.

Nowlen will be a junior and holds a 3.86 cumulative GPA, studying toward a degree in accounting.
