WHITEFISH -- Rocky Mountain College athletes Michael Lee and Sydney Little Light repeated as Frontier Conference players of the week, while fellow Battlin' Bear Isaac Petsch was also honored, the league announced on Monday.

Lee, a sophomore from Kalispell, was again named the league's men's field athlete of the week after another impressive performance. The Battlin' Bears' thrower finished first in the shot put competition at the Myrle Hanson Open hosted by Black Hills State in South Dakota over the weekend, setting a new school record with a put of 15.02 meters. He also broke Rocky's weight throw record with a mark of 14.97 meters.

Little Light, another sophomore, again garnered the track athlete of the week on the women's side. The Crow Agency runner won the mile at the Myrle Hanson Open with a personal-best time of 5 minutes, 24.67 seconds. She also participated in Rocky's 1,600-meter relay, which set a new school record at 4:22.90.

Petsch was also a distance winner in Speafish, S.D., his victory coming in the men's 3,000-meter run. His 9:00.19 helped capture the men's track athlete of the week honors.

University of Providence thrower Jillian Sanchez was named women's field athlete of the week.
