GREAT FALLS – The No. 12 University of Providence men’s basketball team opened their season with a 115-89 win over Lethbridge, Friday at the McLaughlin Center.
Zaccheus Darko-Kelly led the Argos with 23 points in his debut for Providence after transferring from Montana-Western and sitting out last season.
Brandon Cotton added 20 points, Jake Wetzel and Joel Thabize each scored 12. Jaxen Hashley scored 11 and gabbed a team high eight rebounds.
The Argos return to action Saturday night, hosting the University of Calgary at 7:30 p.m.
