BOZEMAN — After their 49-42 win over Cal Poly, the Montana State Bobcats are turning the page and looking toward this week’s opponent, Northern Colorado.
But the upcoming game means a lot more to Montana State than another potential win on the schedule: It’s Senior Day for the 12 seniors on the team.
“We have some, not just what these guys have done in terms of how they represent Montana State between the white lines, but who they are as young men and the future they have in front of them, so it’s a special day,” head coach Jeff Choate said on Monday.
“Emotions will run high, but after the opening kickoff it’s football. We will talk about it on Friday night, let them have their peace. Then go play,” Choate finished.
