BOZEMAN — The Montana State Bobcats are coming out of a bye week and now begin their preparation for University of Idaho at home on Saturday.

After a lopsided weekend of Big Sky Conference football, MSU head coach Jeff Choate has been stressing the importance of readiness to his team.

“Lesson’s learned from the bye week: If you’re prepared and you bring your edge competitively, you can beat anyone,” Choate said during his Monday press conference. “But if you are not prepared and you don’t have your competitive edge, you can get beat by anybody. Now we’ve got our focus solely on the University of Idaho, and I think that’s an important message to take away.”
