GREAT FALLS – The Big Sky Regional Finals Rodeo kicked off for college athletes on Friday at Four Seasons Arena. The best times from some of the events on Day 1 are below.
BAREBACK BRONC RIDING
Montana State’s Shawn Perkins scored a 73.
STEER WRESTLING
Northwestern College’s Caleb McMillian scored a time of 4.8 seconds.
BAREBACK 2ND SEC.
Montana Western’s Cole Snider scored a 69.
GOATS
Montana State’s Shelby Rasmussen scored a time of 7.2 seconds.
SADDLE BRONC
Montana’s Tyler Turco scored a 67.
SADDLE BRONC 2ND SEC.
Montana State’s Keenan Reinhardt and Northwestern College’s Calvin Shaffer both scored a 63.
BREAKAWAY
Miles City’s Kamira Miller scored a time of 3.8.
The final results from all events from the first night of the rodeo can be found below.
The final night of the rodeo will by Saturday, May 5th, and the top three finalists in each event will move on to the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, Wyoming.
