Farmington, Utah -- Join all 13 FCS conference and their member schools in getting #FCSonGameDay trending! The FCS conferences and their member schools will be tweeting at ESPN representatives in a strategic social media blast on Wednesday to get the discussion started on how the FCS can become a weekly part of College Game Day.

Objective: To get every FCS conference, their member schools, media, and fans to participate and use the hashtag #FCSonGameDay with the goal of getting it to trend and ultimately pushing College Game Day to have an FCS presence on the show weekly.

Why: The Football Championship Subdivision has a strong fan base. The top five attendance leaders in 2018 ranged from 18,106 to 24,770. The FCS currently does not have a weekly presence on College Game Day. With fan bases that travel far and wide to attend games in person, those same fans and more would tune into College Game Day to see what the FCS Game of the Week would be if they were given a presence in the weekly segment. Right now, there’s no reason for an FCS fan to tune in, but we want to change that.

Media and fans please tweet at @ESPN and @CollegeGameDay to show your passion for FCS football and encourage them to add us in their weekly segment.
