PUEBLO, Colo. – Following one of the most heated races for a PBR World Championship, “A Race for the Ages,” will be broadcast on CBS and MTN stations across Montana Saturday at 12 p.m. MT.

Jess Lockwood, who put up four 90-point rides in T-Mobile Arena to become the sport’s youngest 2-time World Champion, also joins the broadcast team to speak about his season, his comeback that fans witnessed in T-Mobile Arena, and more.

Throughout the season, which began last January at Madison Square Garden in New York and went down to the final out in T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Nov. 10, five riders set themselves apart, conquering rank bulls in the clutch to pick up points at a breakneck pace until Jess Lockwood emerged the world’s top bull-riding cowboy.

In the one-hour A PBR Race for the Ages special, PBR on CBS play-by-play announcer Craig Hummer and PBR legend Justin McBride will dissect the five-way race for the World Championship that led to the most prestigious event in bull riding, the World Finals. Hummer and McBride will recap and analyze the season’s top on-the-dirt moments leading into five nights of punishing competition at one of the most challenging finals in sports.

PBR and CBS Sports Network are also treating fans to a main course of bulls on Thanksgiving Day with the PBR Turkey Day Replay Marathon, rerunning every moment of action from the 2019 World Finals with 27.5 hours of coverage from Las Vegas.

Fans will be kept on the edge of their couches in watching Rubens Barbosa put up the fourth-highest score in World Finals history among 15 90-point rides; seeing Jose Vitor Leme lay down the slap heard around the world in Round 2; watching the world’s top three riders sweep their bulls night after night; seeing Jess Lockwood’s epic comeback, and much more.
