      PHOTOS: 463-pound alligator captured after it was hit by a semi-truck in Florida

      A massive, 463-pound alligator was captured in northern Florida earlier this month after the gator was hit by a semi-truck. The gator survived the collision with the truck, but was later euthanized due to Florida laws about nuisance alligators.
