#5. Carpenter leaving everyone else in the dust

Cascade Top 8 track meet up in Choteau. Boys 800 meter run. Cordell Carpenter from Denton-Geyser-Stanford absolutely destroying the field here, check out that huge lead! Carpenter finishes with 2 minutes and 4.9 seconds. A full 10 seconds ahead of second place!

#4. Basketball, soccer, track and field, Kamden Hilborn can do it all!

We go to Helena for a AA track meet. Girls 100 meter hurdles. After announcing to play basketball at Montana State earlier in the week, Helena High’s Kamden Hilborn keeps adding on to her memorable week. A first place finish of 16.21 seconds for the three sport senior.

#3. Mason and Maes neck and neck until the very end

Same meet, girls 100 meter dash. Check out this finish here folks. CMR’s Kaitlin Mason is just barely going to edge out Helena’s Emilie Maes for the win here. A time of 13.01 seconds for Mason and 13.04 seconds for Maes. Close call!

#2. Colin Sassano out here robbing hits!

American Legion Baseball. Helena Senators visiting the Great Falls Chargers. Kael Richards thinks he has a hit here in left field but shortstop Colin Sassano tracks the ball down with an insane leaping catch for the out! Let’s check the replay, great awareness from Sassano to even track down the ball while staring right into the sun! Fantastic play! But Great Falls would get the win.

But not as fantastic as this. At number 1 Billings West softball visiting Great Falls High. Madi Ray pops it out to left field. Watch Lauren Blaschak locate this ball and does a full scale dive to catch this ball for the out! Are you kidding me? That’s a freshman ladies and gentleman! Sensational play and it’s worth a second look. Amazing. Bison get the win though.
