Day 1 state volleyball roundup: Undefeated semifinal matches set

BOZEMAN — The Montana high school state volleyball tournaments kicked off Thursday morning at Montana State University’s Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. By the end of action Thursday night, teams had combined to play 24 matches to ultimately set up Friday’s undefeated semifinal matches on all four courts. The Class AA, Class A, Class B and Class C tournaments run concurrently.

Huntley Project is looking to continue its Class B dominance. The Red Devils started slow on Thursday, but they’re back in the undefeated semifinal. They’ll play Florence at 6 p.m. Friday. For a full recap of Thursday’s Class B matches, please click here.
