MISSOULA – Helena High and Helena Capital continued to prove their dominance on the Western AA volleyball courts Thursday night. The Bengals and Bruins swept road matches in Missoula.

Capital went to the home of two-time defending state champ Sentinel and picked up a 3-0 sweep over the Spartans. The Bruins are now 6-1 in league. Sentinel remains in fourth place with a 3-4 record.
