BELGRADE – Helena High and Helena Capital made the early trip this morning to Belgrade for the Belgrade Triangular track meet.
After some technical difficulties early on the girls 100 meter hurdles kicked off the day. Capital’s Melissa Moreni got out in front early and she would cruise to a win in 16. 56 seconds. Then it’s the boys 110 meter hurdles and Capital is going to pick up another win with Alec Ladas crossing the finish line first with a time of 16.30 seconds. The fastest boys race in the 100 meter dash and this one was close right down to the wire but Belgrade’s Evan Major takes home the win in 11.73 seconds.
