BILLINGS – Billings Central and Laurel have met in three consecutive Class A girls soccer state championship games. If Friday’s results are any indication, it will be four in two months.
Morgan Ferestad recorded a hat trick in the first 20 minutes and finished with six goals as Central beat Missoula Loyola 10-0 at Wendy’s Field on the campus of Rocky Mountain College.
Laurel provided even more offense, beating Frenchtown 12-0 in their home opener.
The teams flip opponents Saturday.
