BILLINGS — The Montana rosters for the 2019 Montana-Wyoming All-Star basketball series were released on Thursday. The games pitting top high school seniors from Montana against those from Wyoming will be played June 7 at Rocky Mountain College and June 8 in Sheridan, Wyo. at the Golden Dome. Girls will be first both nights at 5:30 p.m. followed by the boys at 7:30.

The girls team is highlighted by three members of Class AA runner-up Billings West. Shayla Montague and Tylee and Tyraa Manuel are joined by Kalispell Glacier’s Kali Gulick and Helena Capital’s Sydney Sheridan as Class AA representatives.

The only state champion on Montana’s girls roster is Box Elder’s Lillian Gopher, who led the Bears to a second consecutive State C title in March. Froid-Medicine Lake’s Mackenzie Dethman and Arlee’s Alyssia Vanderburg join Gopher as Class C representatives. Three Forks’ Kyle Olson and Florence’s Danielle Zahn represent Class B and fill out the remainder of the roster. There are no Class A girls on the roster.

All 10 players have signed to play basketball at the next level. The Manuel sisters and Montague will play at MSU Billings, as will Gulick and Zahn.
