BILLINGS – Butte scored 20 points in the third quarter after scoring just 24 in the entire first half on its way to a 61-44 comeback win over Billings Senior Friday.
The Broncs led 26-24 at halftime, as they aimed to upset the Eastern AA leaders, but Butte avoided a second straight loss by outscoring Senior 37-18 in the second half.
The win pushes the Bulldogs to 10-3 overall, 7-1 in conference. Senior falls to 4-8, 3-3.
