MILES CITY — How about another all-star football game this weekend?
On the heels of Montana’s 6-Man, 8-Man and Class B all-star games over the past two weeks, they’ll put all classes together for a Saturday showdown in Miles City against North Dakota.
That’s where Montana players are working out this week eager to kick off the 26th Knights of Columbus Badlands Bowl. And the Treasure State guys should be eager while dominating this series right now: They blistered North Dakota in the past two meetings by a combined score of 118-7 and have won seven of the past eight games. Montana owns a 19-6 advantage in the series.
Montana’s roster can be seen here. Rob Stanton of State AA champion Billings West is this year’s head coach.
The Badlands Bowl rotates each year between Miles City and Dickinson, N.D.
Saturday’s kickoff is set for 6 p.m. at Connors Stadium in Miles City.
