BILLINGS -- Chez Kheen has resigned from her position as the Billings Senior head girls soccer coach.

Billings School District 2 activities director Mark Wahl announced Kheen's resignation on Friday, writing in a statement, "We truly appreciate all that Chez has done throughout these past few years and wish her the best as she continues her career in Education."

Kheen, who was the Broncs' head coach for the past two seasons, was a Senior alum herself and helped the Broncs to a state soccer championship in 2011. She played collegiately at Rocky Mountain College before returning to Senior to coach.

Wahl said Kheen "is now teaching PE and Health at Lockwood and needs to focus her time on that position."

Senior made the Class AA state playoffs in both years with Kheen as head coach but lost in the first round both years.
