Great Falls CMR comes alive in second half to beat Billings Skyview

BILLINGS – The Great Falls CMR Rustlers overcame an early seven-point deficit to earn a 41-38 road win Saturday over Billings Skyview.

Both teams were cold early. The game was tied 4-4 after the first quarter, before Skyview jumped out to a 13-6 lead midway through the second. CMR trimmed the deficit to just 16-14 at halftime, before overtaking Skyview in the second half.

The win moves CMR to 10-3 overall on the season, 5-2 in the Eastern AA conference. Skyview falls to 7-6, 3-4.
