Park City boys beat Red Lodge to avenge opening loss

PARK CITY – The Park City boys avenged one of their two losses on the season Friday, stepping up in class to beat Class B Red Lodge, 60-46.

Tristen Johnstone led the Panthers with 16 points, while Austin Popp added 14. Park City jumped out to a 14-6 lead after the first quarter and increased the lead from there.

The Panthers jump to 12-2 overall, while Red Lodge falls to 5-9.

The Red Lodge girls opened the doubleheader with a convincing 49-21 win. Dorothy Mastel led the Rams with 15 points, while Emma Evenson added 12.
