ANACONDA – In a Class B boys basketball matchup between two teams needing a major turnaround in a hurry, it was the Corvallis Blue Devils taking down Anaconda on the road, 50-30, on Thursday night.
The first quarter ended with a score of 7-3 in favor of the Blue Devils. Caeson Jessop and Liang Liedle, along with an effective full-court press, started to slowly build a lead against Anaconda. Kylar Gochanour did his best to keep the Copperheads in the game, but Corvallis would end up pulling away.
