MANHATTAN — It was a beautiful afternoon for some softball action as the Manhattan Tigers hosted the Livingston Rangers Saturday.
The first inning was tell-tale sign that this game was going to be an offensive showcase. Livingston got on the board first courtesy of a Marissa Taylor RBI. They took a 3-0 lead heading into the home half of the first. The Tigers responded when Amy Grevious roped a one hopper to the center field wall to tie the game up, and after one, it was all tied up at 3.
Manhattan would explode for 10 more runs to stay unbeaten on the year in a 13-10 win.
