BILLINGS – Senior High’s softball girls doubled their number of hits against Billings West and the final score Tuesday in 6-3 crosstown conference win.
The Broncs broke a scoreless tied in the top of the third inning when Ellie Ostermiller smoked a line drive to center field that was misplayed with two outs. Senior (12-4, 9-3) jumped out to a 2-0 lead before adding two apiece in the fifth and sixth frames. The Broncs outhit West 10-5.
Jensen Keller, Cassidy Venner and Dacee Zent had three hits each for Senior. Ostermiller earned the win.
West (7-7, 6-6) was victimized by four errors.
