BIG TIMBER – Blake Finn fired a 77, and Big Timber’s boys shot a first-place 343 Saturday to win the Big Timber Golf Invite at Overland Golf Course.
Finn was the only player in the 70’s. Manhattan’s Josh Neth finished second with an 81, followed by Roundup’s Jayce Griffith at 84. Townsend finished second in the team race with 389 strokes.
Columbus won the girls team title at 470, edging second place Manhattan Christian by nine shots. The Eagles’ Jillian Frye however did earn medalist honors by shooting an even 100.
