BOZEMAN — The Bozeman track team boasts one of the deepest and most athletic teams in the state. The Hawks have multi-sport athletes all over the place, including three who will be playing football collegiately.

Logan Kleinhans, 2017’s Class AA long jump winner, and Jory Choate have both committed to play football for Montana State next year. Latrell McCutcheon has committed to play at Minot State.

That’s just the tip of the iceberg for the Hawks. Duncan Hamilton is a two-time Montana Gatorade boys cross country runner of the year, and on the women’s side Camila Noe is the reigning Montana Gatorade girls cross country runner of the year.

“On our whole team we just have athletes. We really promote being a multi-sport athlete — we’ve got soccer players, we’ve got basketball players, we’ve got volleyball players, football players — and it’s just great to see those athletes come out. Jory, Latrell, Logan — all of them. They really step up and be leaders and then bring that leadership ability from their other sports and they apply it to the track team.”
