The Shelby and Rocky Boy boys, who placed second and third at the State B basketball tournament, respectively, were each well represented on the District 1B all-conference teams and the Class B all-state team.
Coyotes TJ Reynolds and Aaron White and Northern Stars Ben Iron Eyes and Kendall Windy Boy each received all-state recognition. Choteau’s Sayer Patton also received an all-state nod.
For the girls, Rocky Boy had two all-state selections and Shelby one. Adrienne Gopher and Sean Henry received all-state recognition for Rocky Boy, while Abbey Aklestad earned the distinction for Shelby.
