Postseason basketball took over the Montana high school sports scene last week, with district tournaments opening across the Treasure State. This week, all but Class AA have started playoff basketball, with the divisional rounds beginning in the Eastern and Western A and dropping down to Class C.
Four of the divisional tournaments — Southern B boys and girls, Northern B girls and Southern C girls — don’t tip off until next Thursday, March 4.
Throughout the regular season, MTN Sports compiled a list of 30-point scorers, showcasing athletes who hit or topped the milestone of scoring 30 points in an individual game. The postseason has already seen many such milestones achieved, as teams and athletes fight to keep their seasons alive.
Each week until the end of the high school basketball season, we will update our “postseason 30-point club” highlighting those performances. If you notice a performance missing, please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
