Great Falls CMR boys stay hot, top Billings Senior 64-54

GREAT FALLS — Sam Vining and Garrison Rothwell each scored 23 points and the Great Falls CMR boys won their fifth straight game, defeating Billings Senior 64-54 in Eastern AA boys basketball action on Friday.

Connor Kieckbusch led the Broncs with 23 points and Braxton Haws added nine.

The Rustlers (10-2, 5-1) kept pace with Great Falls High for the best record in the Eastern AA standings. Senior falls to 7-5 overall and 3-3 in the East.

CMR will host Billings West on Saturday, 2:30 p.m. at Paris Gibson School. Senior will face Great Falls High at Swarthout fieldhouse at the same time.
