BILLINGS – The Billings Skyview Falcons commanded a quick start Tuesday night at crosstown Billings West and went on to beat the Bears convincingly, 58-12.
Skyview led the dual 34-0 after seven matches. In a matchup between state champions at 160 pounds, Skyview’s Brock Bushfield earned a first-period pin over Jace Rhodes.
West’s lone match winner was former Q2 Athlete of the Week Glory Konecny at 113 pounds.
Both teams will compete in the Billings Duals Saturday at Skyview starting at 11 a.m.
Divisional wrestling is the following weekend with the all-class state tournaments opening Feb. 9 at Rimrock Auto Arena.
