BILLINGS – Miles City held the early lead, but Billings Central answered with a furious run and never looked back in a 50-39 win Friday at the Nelles Center.

After trailing in the opening minutes, the Lady Rams burned off a 12-0 run to close the first quarter with an 18-8 lead. Central led 25-18 at the half, then dumped the ball inside to Olivia Moten-Schell for a barrage of third-quarter baskets helping maintain a seven-point lead (38-31) after three quarters.

Billings Central’s boys also beat Miles City Friday, 52-41 on the road. Chrishon Dixon led all scorers with 13 points.

The Rams play Hardin in a double-header Saturday evening at Rimrock Auto Arena.
