KALISPELL — The Kalispell Flathead girls made a comeback late to steal a win over Whitefish in overtime, while the Brave boys had some fun with another impressive victory.
Flathead came back to take the lead late against the Bulldog girls. But after the teams exchanged free throws, the game remained tied and went to overtime. Flathead built up a four-point lead in the extra period and hung on to win 39-37.
The Brave boys blew past the Bulldogs in the second game of the doubleheader, building a double-digit lead in the first quarter on their way to a 78-55 victory.
