GREAT FALLS — As Eastern AA play began, Great Falls High showed a dominant attack in a 73-49 win over Butte on Thursday at Swarthout Fieldhouse.
Great Falls High (6-1) didn’t give up the lead to Butte (2-3) the entire game. The Bison were once again led by Blake Thelen, who scored 15 points, followed by Kyle Torgerson with 13 points and Kendall Kynett with 12.
The Bison will next host crosstown rival Great Falls CMR on Jan. 9.
Kale McCarthy led the Bulldogs with 13 points.
