Highlights: Tom LeProwse wrestling tournament opening day

BOZEMAN -- One of the biggest wrestling tournaments of the year kicked off in Bozeman Friday, as 39 teams traveled to compete in the Tom LeProwse tournament, including teams from Wyoming and South Dakota.

A total of 14 returning Montana wrestling state champions are competing in this year's event. Billings Senior capped Friday's action leading the team standings with 115.5 points. Rapid City Stevens (South Dakota) is second with 107 points, while Butte High is third with 104.5, just a half-point ahead of Great Falls High.
