BILLINGS -- The Billings Senior High Broncs jumped out to an 18-0 lead Thursday night at Billings Skyview and led wire-to-wire for a convincing 49-22 wrestling victory over the Falcons.

Senior netted five pins along the way to beef up its Eastern AA wrestling mark after falling at home only 48 hours earlier 39-30 to Billings West.

The Broncs opened Thursday's scoring when heavyweight Noah Campbell earned a pin just 56 seconds into his match. Junior Madrid (103) followed with a forfeit win and Holden Howe pinned his man at 113 pounds for the 18-0 lead.

Thomas Klepps (170 pounds), Armand Fair (182) and Jalen Vladic (126) turned in Senior's additional pins.

Skyview made a move on the scoreboard when Hunter Ketchem won a major decision at 120 and Jaron Roberts (145), Paolo Salminen (152) and Cameron Savaria (160) added three consecutive pins. But the Falcons, also wrestling for the second time in 48 hours after falling at Belgrade 48-27 on Tuesday, would draw no closer than 12 after Klepps earned his pin for Senior.

The Broncs now sit 3-1. Skyview falls to 2-2 after opening the season last Friday with dual wins over Bozeman High and Bozeman Gallatin.
