GREAT FALLS — The Great Falls CMR volleyball team opened the 2019 season with a pair of wins over Kalispell Glacier and Kalispell Flathead. The Rustlers swept Glacier in straight sets, 25-13, 25-12 and 25-16.
Later in the afternoon, the Rustlers took the first two sets from Flathead before the Braves recovered, winning the third set 25-21. CMR would shut Flathead down in the next set, 25-17.
Across town, Great Falls High dropped its match-up with Flathead in straight sets, but would take Glacier the distance before earning the victory in the fifth set 15-13.
