MANHATTAN — The Manhattan Tigers took on Big Timber on Thursday night in a doubleheader for boys and girls basketball.

The Big Timber girls dominated the Tigers from the very beginning, jumping out to an 8-0 lead and going on to win 72-35.

Big Timber sophomore Bailey Finn had a team-high 18 points. Senior Hailee Brandon had 16 points and so did junior Emily Cooley.

The Herders are undefeated and Manhattan falls to 2-2.

The Manhattan boys team was looking to remain undefeated against Big Timber, and they did with a 69-52 win.

Manhattan senior Caden Holgate led all scorers with 24 points, Tate Bowler had 22. Big Timber senior Tristin Matzik had a team-high 16 points.

The Herders fall to 2-2 and Manhattan is 4-0.
