RONAN -- On Saturday night the Browning Indians and Frenchtown Broncs faced off for the Western A divisional boys basketball championship game. From the start, it was a closely contested battle as both teams battled back and forth for the better part of the four quarters.
In the third quarter both teams were tied at 22-all before Frenchtown went on a small run to take a five-point lead. However, in the fourth quarter Browning turned it on and ended up taking the title game by a score of 52-45.
