Missoula Sentinel races past Billings Skyview with huge 4th quarter

BILLINGS -- Missoula Sentinel picked up a non-conference Class AA boys basketball victory on Saturday afternoon in Billings, as the Spartans outscored the Falcons 29-12 in the fourth quarter for a 71-59 win.

Skyview led for the majority of the game, having leads at halftime and the end of the third quarter, bhe Spartans opened the fourth quarter on a 16-1 run to open up a 10-point lead with 4:32 to play.

The Falcons' offense went ice cold in the final quarter, and Sentinel was able to hold Skyview to one shot on most possessions. Sentinel went to junior Alex Germer down the stretch, and he delivered clutch free throws and a dagger 3-pointer from way downtown.
