THREE FORKS — On Friday night, the Class C Manhattan Christian boys and girls basketball teams headed to Three Forks to take on the Class B Wolves, and the Eagles came away with a sweep.

The girls kicked off the night, but it was all Manhattan Christian from the start. The Eagles jumped out to an 11-0 and never looked back, winning 60-38.

Eagles junior Kiersten Van Kirk continues to dominate her opponents. She had 21 points and eight rebounds on the night. Senior Eliana Kuperus finished the night with a double-double of 12 points and 12 boards.

Manhattan Chrstian remains undefeated and is now 4-0. Three Forks falls to 1-4.

Over in the boys game, the Eagles jumped out ahead of the Wolves early, scoring 13 unanswered points on their way to a 66-30 win.

Sophomore Seth Amunrud had a team-high 13 points for the Eagles.
