BOZEMAN — On "Aloha Night" at Bozeman High School, the Hawks said goodbye to Belgrade, blowing the Panthers out 74-34 in Eastern AA boys basketball action on Tuesday.
Belgrade started out scoring the first points of the game, but at halftime found itself down by 23 points. Bozeman took advantage of 22 turnovers by the Panthers and scored 32 points off them. Belgrade had only four points off turnovers.
Hudson Willet and Jackson Coles were tied for the game-high in points. Both players finished the night scoring 18 points and combined to make 56 percent of their shots. Tate Bowler paced Belgrade with 12 points.
Bozeman moves to 9-6 overall on the season. The Hawks play their final home game this Saturday at 2 p.m. against Billings West.
