Providence soccer prevails over Warner Pacific University in doubleheader

GREAT FALLS – The Providence soccer teams hosted Warner Pacific University at Argo Field on Friday. The Argos women’s team defeated the Knights 5-0, with all goals being scored in the first half. Providence was led by junior and Great Falls CMR alum Eme McLaughlin, who finished with four goals. The women’s team now improves its record to 5-3 on the year.

For the men’s game, Providence also found victory in a 4-1 win. George Holloway picked up two goals for the Argos. The men move to 4-4 on the year.

Providence will next host Multnomah University on Saturday, Sept. 29 with the women’s game beginning first at 1 p.m.
