BILLINGS – Four Rocky Mountain College student-athletes earned conference player of the week honors on Monday.
Eryn Ellis earned the women’s golfer of the week honor for the Frontier Conference. Ellis earned individual medalist honors at the University of Providence Argo Invitational last week. She shot an 8-over-par 152 to lead the Battlin’ Bears to the second team victory in as many contests.
Ruby Kallenbach earned the women’s volleyball defender of the week honor for the Frontier Conference. The senior libero from Forsyth was a key part in Rocky’s pair of sweeps last week. Kallenbach recorded 20 digs in the match against Providence and another 16 against MSU-Northern.
Natalie Hilderman earned the women’s volleyball setter of the week honor for the Frontier Conference. The sophomore setter from Red Lodge averaged 9.5 assists and 3.8 digs per set on the week, orchestrating 28 assists against Providence and 29 assists against MSU-Northern.
Pablo Ferreira earned the men’s soccer offensive player of the week honor for the Cascade Collegiate Conference. The sophomore forward from Minas Gerais, Brazil scored four goals during the past weekend as Rocky moved to 8-2 on the season. Ferreira notably provided the game-winning score against Eastern Oregon.
