HELENA – Carroll College Athletics has announced the name sponsor and chairperson for the upcoming 36th Annual Saints Athletic Association Auction which is slated for Friday, April 27, at the Carroll PE Center.
MontanaSports.com will act as the title sponsor with statewide Sports Director Richie Melby acting as the evening’s host and Master of Ceremonies.
US Bank Market President Jeff Arbizzani is the year’s SAA Auction Chair.
“The Saints Athletic Auction is one of the best nights in Helena as the community gathers to support Carroll College and the Fighting Saints athletic program,” Arbizzani said. “As a parent of two student-athletes and a business leader in the Helena community, I hope local businesses and individuals will join me in making this a successful event.”
The event is a vital aspect of the SAA’s mission to support Saints Athletics
“Fighting Saints Athletics is deeply appreciative of the support by a number of corporate partners and individuals who make the auction a success every year,” athletic director Charlie Gross said. “I am especially grateful of live-cordillera-network.pantheonsite.io who is this year’s title sponsor with Riche Melby serving as master of ceremonies for the event. I look forward to seeing the Helena community and all Fighting Saints fans at the PE Center for this year’s auction.”
Other major sponsors for this year’s auction: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, PayneWest Insurance, Allegra Marketing and Print, Diamond Dream Wholesale, First Interstate Bank, Heuiser Physical Therapy, Montana Eyecare, Opportunity Bank of Montana, and Wipfli.
The live auction will start at 7:30 p.m. with a variety of travel and sports experiences, furniture, art and jewelry will be auctioned off by this year’s auctioneer, Dean Folkvord of Wheat Montana. The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. with a reception hosted for reserved table guests and sponsors followed by the registration for all guests and the start of the silent auction at 6 p.m.
The SAA is currently soliciting items to be donated to the auction and tickets and tables are now available.
